Michael Kondziola

Michael achieved a Business Administration degree from Auburn University, and shortly thereafter a Certified Building Contractors license. With 20 years in the construction industry, Michael has adopted many core values along the way that make him uniquely equipped to ensure the highest quality from start to finish.

Kyle Kondziola

Kyle holds an Economics degree from the University of Florida and a Real Estate license. The desire to build began at a very young age for him, and his passion is evident in his work. He deeply understands construction and has a keen eye for what makes a home valuable.
